This wine is what you always wanted in your Pinot Grigio but were afraid to ask for: soft, smooth, bright fruit, nice acidity, refreshing. We cold-ferment the juice slowly in order to retain as much fruit and bright aromatics as possible to make it as vibrant as possible.
