While a dry wine, we seek to capture the most confectionary and fresh elements during fermentation in bottle. To craft a wine that serves as a snap shot of the harvest season and what lies ahead in the cellar. Don’t let the label fool you though! Serious thought and care goes into crafting these wines.

This year’s vintage features a field blend of all Pennsylvania grown varietals -- Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and a touch of Riesling for some lift.

Aging

All aged in neutral oak and stainless steel for a ten months before being bottled.
