The name Painted Fox is inspired by an old fable of a clever fox who “painted” itself in mud and feigned death to lure unsuspecting birds. We embrace this playful tale throughout our winery, inviting artists to create distinctive works celebrating the fox, the fable, and the beauty of grapes and wine.
